You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to register and use spinplus. Account registration implies you have confirmed your age and jurisdiction eligibility.
Each player may hold only one spinplus account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be voided. Accounts are non-transferable and strictly personal.
spinplus involves real-money wagering. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). All winnings and losses are real. Gambling involves financial risk — only wager what you can afford to lose.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without first meeting the stated playthrough conditions. Abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the spinplus platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and related features made available through spinplus.biz ("the Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using spinplus in any capacity, you ("the User", "the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To access the real-money features of spinplus, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. You may hold only one registered Account on spinplus at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a different name — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
At minimum, you will be required to provide: your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid password. Additional information may be requested during KYC verification, including but not limited to: government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, PhilHealth, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address, and source of funds declaration for higher-tier accounts.
spinplus is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions. KYC information submitted to spinplus is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to spinplus is accurate and up to date. If any information changes — including your mobile number or address — you must update your Account details promptly. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your spinplus Account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any account access details with any other person. spinplus will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, or email.
You must notify spinplus Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. spinplus shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account settings.
spinplus accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, currently including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. spinplus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.
Withdrawals will be restricted in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or outstanding; (b) there is a pending investigation into Account activity; (c) active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements are applied to the Account; (d) the Account has been flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.
spinplus may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit conditions, and eligible game restrictions. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All games offered on the spinplus Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds — they are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical fault, system error, game malfunction, or communication disruption that affects the outcome of any wager, spinplus reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. No spinplus liability beyond the value of the voided wager will apply in such circumstances.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules and procedures administered by the dealer on screen. These rules are displayed within each live game interface. Decisions made by the live dealer that comply with the published game rules are final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on spinplus. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
All content on the spinplus Platform — including but not limited to the spinplus brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of spinplus or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any spinplus intellectual property for any commercial purpose without express prior written consent from spinplus.
spinplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
spinplus may be required to disclose personal information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities pursuant to applicable law. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable legal requirements and will not constitute a violation of our Privacy Policy obligations to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinplus shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by internet failure, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events; (d) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
spinplus's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by spinplus's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
spinplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where spinplus reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; money laundering or structuring; multiple account creation; collusion or cheating; or non-compliance with KYC requirements.
Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, spinplus may, in its discretion, withhold or void any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will generally be returned to the Player subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable legal holds.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting spinplus Customer Support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with spinplus Customer Support. spinplus will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with spinplus, it may be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures applicable to licensed operators.
Where PAGCOR's procedures do not apply or are exhausted, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
spinplus may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account, or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may be made without individual notification.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
