Six commitments that define how spinplus handles every Filipino player's personal data — from registration through to account closure.
spinplus collects and processes personal data only on lawful bases: contractual necessity, legitimate interest, legal obligation under PAGCOR and AMLC regulations, or your explicit consent. We do not process data beyond these purposes.
We collect only the data that is genuinely necessary for the stated purpose. We do not request personal information speculatively or collect data "just in case." Each data field collected has a defined, documented purpose.
All spinplus systems use 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed and salted — never stored in readable form. Access to personal data within spinplus is role-restricted on a need-to-know basis.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have legally enforceable rights over your personal data held by spinplus. We are obligated — not just willing — to honour these rights promptly and transparently.
spinplus does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data shared with third parties is limited to service providers necessary for Platform operation and disclosures required by Philippine law.
When this Privacy Policy is materially updated, spinplus notifies registered players via their registered mobile number or the Platform. The effective date of the current version is always displayed at the top of this page.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how spinplus ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, processes, stores, and discloses personal information about individuals ("you", "the Player", "the User") who access or use the spinplus online casino and sports betting platform at spinplus.biz (the "Platform").
spinplus is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player on our Platform. This Policy is drafted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. It is also informed by the data governance requirements imposed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as a condition of our gaming license.
By registering an Account on spinplus or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not consent to these practices, you must not use the spinplus Platform.
spinplus processes personal data only where a lawful basis exists under Philippine law. The primary legal bases we rely upon are:
When you create a spinplus Account, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and password (stored in hashed form only — never readable). This is the minimum required to create a valid Account.
To comply with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, we collect government-issued identity documents (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, Driver's Licence, or Passport), selfie/photo verification, proof of residential address, and — for higher-value accounts — source of funds declarations. KYC documents are processed through a secure, encrypted verification system.
We collect data related to your transactions on spinplus, including: deposit amounts and methods (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.), withdrawal requests and bank account details, and transaction history. We do not store full payment card numbers — these are handled directly by our certified payment processors.
We collect records of your gameplay activity, including: games played, wager amounts, session durations, win/loss history, and bonus usage. This data is used for account management, regulatory reporting, responsible gaming monitoring, and fraud detection.
Automatically collected data includes: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, network connection type, and session timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and improving Platform performance across Philippine mobile networks.
Records of your communications with spinplus Customer Support — including live chat transcripts, support tickets, and any voluntary feedback submitted — are retained for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
spinplus uses personal data collected from Filipino players for the following purposes:
The spinplus Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to deliver and improve the Platform experience. Categories of cookies used include:
You may adjust cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent core Platform functionality from working correctly.
spinplus does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:
We engage trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, including: payment processors (for GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other payment methods), KYC verification providers, game software suppliers, cloud hosting providers, and fraud detection services. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit use of your data for any purpose other than delivering services to spinplus.
spinplus is required by Philippine law to disclose certain player data to: PAGCOR (as part of our license compliance obligations), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where transactions meet reporting thresholds under RA 9160, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) where required, and law enforcement agencies where a valid legal order is presented.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of spinplus assets, personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent data protection standards. Players will be notified of any such transfer.
spinplus retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to minimum retention periods required by Philippine law:
Following expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
spinplus implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal data we hold. Key measures include:
Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials and for notifying spinplus immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by spinplus. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 13.

| Right to Rectification | You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Account details can be updated directly in your spinplus account settings. |

spinplus will respond to data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. We may request identity verification before processing access or erasure requests.
The spinplus Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the Account registration and KYC process.
If spinplus discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted as required by applicable law, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed spinplus, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately.
Certain spinplus service providers — including game software suppliers, cloud infrastructure providers, and fraud detection services — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, spinplus ensures that adequate protections are in place, including: contractual data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection standards, and transfer only to jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection consistent with Philippine law.
spinplus does not transfer personal data to any jurisdiction or entity where adequate protections cannot be assured.
spinplus may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, Platform features, or applicable Philippine law. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the spinplus Platform for a period of at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date of the current version of this Policy is displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section. Continued use of spinplus following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
spinplus has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. To exercise your data rights, report a suspected data breach, or raise any privacy concern, please contact:
We aim to acknowledge all data rights requests within five (5) business days and resolve them within thirty (30) days. Complex requests may take up to sixty (60) days with prior notification.
For unresolved privacy concerns, you may contact the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines — the government body responsible for enforcing RA 10173.
